It's been on for an hour. The people are very will informed, well spoken, and well behaved.
Not a single person agrees with the way Congress is working right now. They hate the health care bill, they hate the war, they hate the loss of rights, and they hate the non-representation of our elected officials.
I have not heard one single question in support of any bill before Congress at this time, nor have I heard one single person ask for Congress to give them anything.
More fun than a barrel of monkeys.

Where are the buses? Where are the hordes of screaming Angry Mobsters? This must be a non-event for the media.

Spector is deservedly getting it for two reasons.
One for changing parties mid-stream
Two for supporting Obama's socialist policies
He'll be lucky to get re-elected

Spector is deservedly getting it for two reasons. One for changing parties mid-stream Two for supporting Obama's socialist policies He'll be lucky to get re-elected He won't get re-elected. REP Joe Sastak (former Admiral) has already thrown his hat in the ring. Specter no longer has a solid political base. I always liked the guy, and his moderate politics, until he high-tailed it for greener political pastures. I doubt even those moderate Republicans, who were his staunchest defenders, will support him, even if Pat Toomey ends up representing the Republicans. He's dead to me.

I watched part of it. He's too old, not feisty enough anymore to put morons with dumb questions in their place. They (the mob) ran roughshod over the guy, and it's his fault for hanging around too long. I never understood why these muti-millionaire politicians insist on hanging around well past their prime when they can have their feet up on the beach sipping a mai-tai (sp). Yes, I will be old one day too. And I will retire (hopefully) and not do my job poorly just to "stay on". Joe

Granted, I only saw about 30 minutes of it live, but there were at least two confrontations with Angry Old White Males that Specter seemed to "thrown off balance" from, from the K Street lobbyist playbook. (Don't debate, yell). Joe

Who did they turn in their gas tickets to? There's a kiosk for turning in your gas receipts outside the townhalls, right next to the assembly area for the militia/terror/anti-reformist groups busses.
