On Friday morning, hours before the multi-pronged coordinated terrorist attack on Paris, the President discussed ISIS in an interview on “Good Morning America” with George Stephanopoulos. In it, he said that ISIS was “contained.” ... ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks, calling them the “first of the storm.”
Nothing new here folks, he has been saying that since he learn what ISIS is.
