If we can not clean up the voter roles, then we need to have ID checked when voting.

Obama did not win a single state that fully requires photo IDs to vote, although he was victorious in four states that accept non-photo identification – Washington, Colorado, Ohio and Virginia. Those states accept as legitimate identification current utility bills, bank statements and paychecks.

Yep, here in St. Louis a current elect bill would enable a person to vote. To get power at a house (any house) all I need to is give a name and poof, I have an elect bill in my name.

In Hamilton County alone, the new citizens’ groups have challenged more than a thousand names since March. Some challenges, such as those aiming to disqualify college students who failed to include their dorm-room numbers on their registration forms, were tossed out immediately. But the board accepted nearly two hundred challenges, including those to twenty-six voters registered at a trailer park that no longer existed.

And yet, at one time anyone in North Carolina over the age of 18 was required to have a government issue photo ID.

I would think a concealed carry permit would be the best ID of all because it requires proof of identity and a background check.

Does a concealed carry have a photo? If so, maybe it should replace the using of a Passport which has no address on it that I know of.

And yet where I live now, you can vote using an driver’s license from another state just by claiming you now live in a collage dorm and have been for 60 days or more. Yet the law says if you change address you have 60 to get a new driver’s license with the correct address. How strange.

Concealed cary permits in TN look like a driver's license, but it is printed vertically, not horizontally, and it is titled differently than a driver's licence.

I take the as government-issued ID's for the purpose of verifying identity with a credit card purchase.

I also think it is better, because they are only granted to adults, not teenagers.

Here is my plan: Have a pool of citizens on the payroll who research current voter rolls. Their job would be to make sure the registered voter is actually alive, first of all. Second, they would cross reference by address, partial ss# and dob to make sure that person is only registered once. All that info is on the internet already. All we need is a pool of citizens to go do the research. The actual researcher would be known by number only and would flag accounts based on criteria. Those lists would be sent out to two more researchers for independent verification. The final discussion could take place in a monitored, online chat setting and the decisions would be made by an official election employee.

I think it could be done. I think it would be fun to work on something like that. One of my hobbies is genealogy and I think I would be good at it.

I think vote fraud will not overcome the deep anger of the American voter. Right now it looks like Trump needs one more state to win, and Karl Rove, Megyn Kelly, Charles Krauthameer will all be looking for jobs very sooon.
