I have a question: How is it that health care costs are "the biggest driver of [federal] budget deficits"? Doesn't this assume that the federal government pays all medical costs now?
It sounds to me like the President is trying to create an illusion so it won't seem so serious when he actually does take over the medical industry.

He did say a lot, but a lot of what he said does not seem to fit. Like you said, health care costs? If the government is paying them, I am due a major refund.
